EMGS Application

After receiving the Admission Letter, students are required to pay the EMGS & Visa Processing Fee.

The EMGS fee generally ranges between RM 3,000 – RM 4,000, depending on the university and programme.

Upon confirmation of payment, the student’s EMGS application will be submitted for visa processing.

Visa Approval Letter (VAL)

Once the EMGS application has been submitted and approved, the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) is normally issued within 15–20 working days, subject to approval by the Malaysian authorities.

Required Documents

All documents MUST be computer-scanned directly from the original documents. Mobile phone photos, screenshots, edited copies, or unclear scanned copies will not be accepted.

Required documents may include :

  1. Passport (Complete Copy)

  2. Academic Certificates & Transcripts

  3. Admission Letter

  4. Passport-sized Photograph

  5. Medical Declaration (if required)

  6. Additional documents requested by EMGS or the University

eVISA

After the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been issued, students must apply for an eVISA through the Malaysian Embassy/High Commission or the official Malaysian eVISA system in their respective country, where applicable.

Students should complete the eVISA process before making travel arrangements to Malaysia.

Before travelling to Malaysia, students must complete all remaining requirements.

Important

  1. Tuition Fees should be paid at least two (2) weeks before departure or according to the University’s payment policy.

  2. Confirm your arrival date with the University or UNICE Education.

  3. Book your flight only after obtaining your eVISA (where applicable).

Students must carry printed and digital copies of the following:

  1. Passport

  2. Admission Letter

  3. EMGS Approval Letter

  4. Visa Approval Letter (VAL)

  5. eVISA

  6. Flight Ticket

  7. Tuition Fee Payment Receipt

  8. Accommodation Details (if applicable)

  9. Airport Pickup Confirmation (if applicable)

Failure to carry the required documents may result in delays during immigration clearance upon arrival in Malaysia.
